What to expect
As a Senior Product Designer focused on UI & UX, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly designs that address user needs and contribute to the overall success of our products.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design process for the web, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively and iteratively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and make data-driven decisions that inform design improvements.
- Establish and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides to ensure consistency across products and enhance overall brand identity.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your craft and contribute to the team's growth.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI & UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to analyze results and incorporate findings into design improvements.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
