As a Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in shaping our team's future, helping to identify, attract, and secure top talent in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You'll serve as a brand ambassador, highlighting our company's culture and unique opportunities to prospective employees, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, initial screen, and recruit high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job objectives, requirements, and potential candidate profiles.
- Write and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, career sites, and other potential recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and job applications, followed by interview scheduling and coordination.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or within a staffing agency.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong decision-making skills and a keen eye for talent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
