As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives targeting enterprise clients.
You will build and manage a high-performing sales team, establish long-term relationships with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and win new enterprise clients across various industries.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within prospective and existing enterprise clients.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and develop customized solutions to address clients' unique business challenges and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure the delivery of exceptional value to clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize growth and profitability.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and experience selling complex software solutions or services.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a focus on establishing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with enterprise clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
