As a Support Engineer, you will be at the frontline, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
You will be an integral part of our customer success team, working closely with users to troubleshoot, optimize, and customize their experience. This role is dynamic, and it demands technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
What you’ll do
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers, responding swiftly and empathetically to their needs and concerns.
- Troubleshoot software and system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to address complex issues, provide feedback, and contribute to product development.
- Document customer interaction and technical procedures, contributing to our knowledge base.
- Train customers in using our products effectively, leading webinars, or creating user guides as needed.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and success.
What you’ll bring
- Prior experience in a technical support role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and troubleshoot software and system issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a strong desire to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
